The Tuscan law firm was founded relatively recently by combining the experience of lawyers Giorgio Masina and Niccolò Cianferotti and is today one of the youngest and most dynamic law firms on the national market.
The firm focuses not only on handling “traditional” mandates, but also and especially in the international arena. Thanks to Lawyer Masina’s in-depth experience and his specialized knowledge of the German, English and Italian-speaking world, as well as Lawyer Cianferotti’s specialized knowledge of the English language, language and intercultural communication difficulties are overcome. Experience shows that these still exist and can be an obstacle in handling business transactions and conflicts between different countries.
The law firm is located in the heart of Tuscany, with offices in central Florence and Siena. Other offices are located in Berlin and Montepulciano, to effectively serve clients both in Italy and abroad.
The team includes attorneys Masina and Cianferotti, founders of the firm, and their colleagues Avvocato Quattrocchi and Avvocato Bencivenga. Together they cover a broad spectrum of legal specializations and have many years of experience in handling complex domestic and international mandates.
The firm is active throughout Italy and regularly works on cross-border matters. Its main areas of expertise include civil law, tax law, real estate transactions, commercial and corporate law, contract drafting, and legal support for international investments.
Our office is open for you from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Consultations are only available by prior appointment – also outside regular opening hours on request.
In particularly urgent cases or at the express request of the client, home visits are also possible.
We always guarantee our clients the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with their concerns.
